Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden passed his physical on Monday and was activated from the physically unable to perform list.
The Browns also signed defensive lineman Chigbo Anunoby and waived defensive lineman Kyle Rose.
Haden, 27, had been sidelined following offseason ankle surgery and is looking to put a disastrous 2015 behind him.
The two-time Pro Bowl selection was limited to just five games before suffering a concussion against Arizona that ended his campaign.
Haden has recorded 330 tackles, 16 interceptions and two sacks in 77 career contests since being selected with the seventh overall pick of the 2010 draft.
Anunoby, 6-6, 316 pounds, signed with Indianapolis as an undrafted rookie out of Morehouse in 2012. The London native has spent time on the practice squads of Indianapolis, Washington and Tennessee.
Rose was signed as an undrafted rookie on May 5.
